About Harold
Harold entered the United States Air Force in November, 1971, and served as a Conventional Munitions Storage & EOD (Explosives Ordinance Disposal) Specialist. He served at Kadena Air Force Base in Okinawa for 18 months, then temporary duty (TDY) to Anderson AFB, Guam, for operation “Linebacker,” supporting munitions payloads for B-52’s during the saturation bombing runs to Vietnam. He finished his service at Blytheville AFB in Arkansas, being honorably discharged on Veterans Day, November 11, 1975.
Harold studied music and graduated from Winona State University in 1985 with his Bachelor of Arts degree (cum laude). He went on the Chillicothe, Ohio to study Audio Engineering.
In 1986 he and his wife, Denise, moved to Nashville, TN., where during the day he worked temporary jobs, while at night learned the music business first hand. In 1990 they returned to northern Iowa to farm. It was there he built his own recording studio, Studio O' Dreams ie: SOD Recording, providing professional recording services, while once again performing the music he loved by night and farming during the day. He has enjoyed performing for over 40 years. |
About Paul
Paul entered the United States Army in June, 1979. He spent 4 months at Fort Dix NJ, attending boot camp and advanced infantry training (AIT) as a Motor Transport Operator, then served 17 months at Fort Stewart, GA, fueling the mechanized tank units of the 2nd & 24th Infantry Division. From there he went to NATO Headquarters, SHAPE Belgium for 15 months to chauffeur NATO Generals throughout Europe, finishing his service honorably in August 1982.
Paul returned to southeastern Minnesota for a few years before accepting a position with a pharmaceutical company in 1987, relocating him to Kansas City, MO. While in Kansas City, Paul enjoyed playing music with co-workers and performing a solo act wherever he could land a gig.
In the spring of 2007 he returned to Minnesota to continue his music, picking up solo engagements until he and Harold combined their talents later that year and became:
